I like the first episode but I do have problems with Norman Osborn being black, I don't like that the main antagonist of Spider-man is a black especially when theres so much positive black representation around Peter. That's not to say Black people can't be bad either I just don't like it here. Also came back to write that I just realized that the kid Lonnie Lincoln is maybe a setup for tombstone, which would mean thats 2 black antagonist.
Brother, touch some grass
Lonnie Lincoln becomes The Villain Tombstone He’s the Big Pail Dude who’s indestructible Maybe we will see that happen in this series but man that’s gonna be heavy
why rob think everything got to be related, this got nothing to do with spider verse gang
Rob and Jerry laughed at Evan and Pat like they don’t be saying dumb shit about comic book characters all the time 😭
That’s how I know they don’t read comments cause if they did they wouldn’t open their mouths to laugh at Evan in that moment with how many lies they just casually spread
Yeahhhhhh been waiting for this 🔥
Originally this spiderman was going to be the backstory for tom hollands but when they were in the creative process they said it restricted them too much on the stories they could tell so they went another route
Deadpool has broken a bunch of those restrictions so they still might introduce some elements from this series into the MCU
If you can get past the animation style, it's palatable.
I really enjoyed it.
I love this NEW take on Spider-Man.
Honestly it’s not that bad
