To anyone dealing with the posts still being locked after subscribing

Here’s what patreon is advising

Verify payment status: Check your Patreon Billing History in your account settings to ensure the payment went through and wasn't declined. 

Check your tier level: Click the locked button on the post to see which tier is required. If your current subscription is for a lower tier than what the post requires, you will need to upgrade. 

Log out and refresh the app: If you are on a mobile device, log out of your account, delete the Patreon App, restart your phone, and log back in. 

Check for profile issues: Ensure your creator and fan profiles are fully combined if prompted by Patreon, as unmerged profiles can temporarily restrict content access.
