Very curious about that next book review Sarg, thanks!
I could not be happier for you! Great to hear that there is progress with your adaptation of Story of the Eye. The history of your BTF channel, watching the first couple videos to now show a definite progression. You sound more confident and assured. I hope the ball gets rolling on Story of the Eye and you find your Simone.
Congratulations from me too!! So happy about the progress with Story of the Eye and looking forward to your novel too. You really are inspiring to me as someone who works hard to make his dreams come to. I sometimes wish I had your perseverance in doing so but hell, as you said: self-development is a great task in itself.
I sincerely appreciate it, yes it is, more self-development will make it's way into the channel.
Dude thats awesome about about Story of the Eye. After I read it I knew you were the right person to make the adaptation. Your constant enthusiasm about great story telling is an incredible inspiration to someone like me who is aspiring to be a Writer/Filmmaker. Again man, congrats on Story of the Eye. I look forward to seeing it.
Thank you very, very much Aidan
I am endlessly happy for you! To see Story come together, not only as a film I really want watch, but as a project you have been working on for so long is too much. I am sure it will happen, if only because of your admirable persistence and values, you really do deserve this, and pardon the sentimentality here, but you are an inspiration. Regarding the book sale, I completely understand international shipping may not be an option, but know that I (and surely others) would be more than willing to pay for book and shipping - add a scribble or autograph or drawing as an extra intensive. I know I'd cherish a book from your collection. Have a nice Sunday, and good luck tomorrow and in the future!
Thank you so much Per, absolutely! I'll happily send off whatever you'd like and scribble away.
There's a wonderful anxiety to you here, especially when speaking about Story of the Eye. Because you are reaching a cherished target (getting that film in motion), you can see behind your eyes the winds shaping, everything bending towards an entire new zone and space, new targets being set as you speak and think of it, everything new and wonderful and terrifying. I fucking love that, man. I get that. Good luck with the re-negotiation tomorrow. I'm very excited by the film. Though I find myself thinking of the bodybuilding-cannibalism novella idea a bunch.. A time to every purpose under the heaven.. Stay happy, stay working, stay well. I'll be very eager to help with London showings should my Zulawski experiments go well.
Thank you so much James! Yes The Path of Consumption is nearing a first draft. It will be awhile though it's swiftly kicking in.
