Stella Maris by Cormac McCarthy Book Review (Patron-Only Early Access / Ad-Free)
Not as bleak as the road but gives Houellebecq's 'Serotonin' a run for its money.
Continually puzzling, profoundly satisfying and remarkably depressing.

I've really enjoyed these McCarthy reviews, Cliff. Well done. There's surprisingly little information about the plot of these books online. I've just started "The Passenger." It's a really surprising direction for McCarthy. Unlike anything else he's written, but still totally McCarthy. Thanks for both these. A real treat, these two longer reviews. Extremely valuable "live" content as the world reacts to these books 👍
Hey, awesome review as always. I don't know your filming set-up, but you should try to make yourself darker. At some points in the videos your skin just gets... white. Whithout texture white. The set-up overall looks a little too white and bleak in general... No real critique here just wanting to give some feedback! Looking forward to the next reviews.
People who Like Beckett's "Waiting for Gadot" might like Stella Maris as well, perhaps?
