This is incredibly helpful and inspiring to me. I was trying at one point to write a script for Blood Meridian but then reality sort of caught up to me. I am now currently writing an original screenplay set in Australia (my home country) and am truly passionate about it. The story is so deeply personal to me and I truly believe I should tell it. Hopefully I will be able to soon and hopefully we can see your version of Story of the Eye soon as well.'
