Lovely video! Regarding Woolf: highly recommend beginning with A Room of One’s Own. Next, you should definitely jump into Mrs. Dalloway. Happy reading!

More please!

re: Woolf: The Waves is her most impenetrable & experimental novel -- Orlando is better, but you might enjoy just starting with To The Lighthouse more.

I think that's a 1969 first edition of "Fourth Mansions", while not that rare, it's becoming harder to find in good condition as Rafferty has been going under something of a re-evaluation lately. A very nice gift.

Thanks for sharing. Could watch these kinds of videos all day. And if it makes you feel any better, my "library" has now spilled over to multiple stacks on the floor. The only downside of watching your content is I need to buy another bookshelf, though it may have to go in the kitchen.

Great post Cliff, and thanks for taking up on the suggestions here. Can't wait for part 2.

This is great - but you need more Mishima in your bookshelf ;)

Nobody motivates me to read more than you, Cliff. I'll go and pick up Don Quixote again after watching this!

Seeing so many books on your shelves that you haven’t read makes me feel better about my own, which are much the same. Love the video, and looking forward to the next one. Thanks!

Loved the video. I have read a few from your shelf, and it gives me lots of great new authors to follow as well as some cool places to shop for books. I’ll probably rewatch this a couple times and write down some that I want to add to my collection. I am definitely interested in the history of Punk music so I’ll be getting the book- Please Kill Me. Interesting title. I recently went through my own collection, not nearly as many titles as you have but I have like 30+ that I bought that I still need to read. Great stuff! Thanks for sharing your collection with us.

Holy SHIT I haven’t clicked a notification so fast in my life. I work at a used bookstore and I’m going back to school so I’ve been so busy that it’s hard to keep up with personal indulgences outside of reading. Your channel has always been one of my biggest things I keep track of on a regular basis. I’ve always wondered about your shelves. Thanks for the vid. All the best.

I own no great art pieces so my bookshelf is filled with affordable works of art. Sometimes I just stare at it like I'm in a museum. You have a nice collection. Good job and once again you showed some books that I must read. The stranger the better at this point.
