Love this idea mate. I'm interesting in health, philosophy, neuropsychology and fitness!

Cal Newport's 'Deep Work' offers great exampels if not an entire roadmap for how to avoid procrastination and stay focused on a demanding project.

I imagine these reviews might be a bit more casual or less demanding than your usual fare and likely not to get in the way of your other reviews. So yeah, I think that could be valuable. How about lectures (i.e., Great Courses)? If you listen to any of those, I'd be interested to hear your thoughts.

I'd love the idea but only if it isn't too much work for you to make reviews for both YouTube and Patreon.
