Sweet Potato Sandwich
Remember you have to Bake It.
I recommend 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 - 60 minutes with a little butter on top.

I've been on a sweet potato kick of late: sweet potato soup, sweet potato chips, sweet potato anything! Will def try this, maybe add some grilled onion and roast beef.
