BLR Dispatch Version 0.9.6 New Update!

IF YOU ARE UPDATING - You will install the lspdfr and plugins folders only. This will NOT overwrite your API keys or any other custom settings you have. New players installing - You will install everything as explained in the new video that is on this post here.
WHAT’S NEW IN 0.9.6
Added New Video Install Explaining how to get your New Config for new player installs - if you already own the BLR Dispatch - this will not effect you.
Added Callout Response Routing - If selected in your Dispatch Settings - Backup will attempt to go to the callout area rather than to your location. Waypoint will be removed if a pursuit starts so that backup will follow suspect naturally.
Added a modifier key option for PTT on controller
Added dispatch confirmation for stolen vehicle copy, matching warrant hit behavior
Added Callout Interface compatibility for plate and vehicle info (plate, expired insurance, stolen, etc.)
Added State Backup Code 2/3 and State K9 Code 2 requests for STP/UB
Added Hold to Talk Disable, allowing a single press instead of holding PTT
Added "Clear All Units" command to dismiss ground and air units together
Added a target marker above vehicles selected for tow, with a cancel option
Added air unit spotlight tracking, triggered with "Eagle One hit me with the spotlight," with new audio and improved suspect search and detection. Return the air unit to searching with "Eagle One search for the suspect" - You can go by your Air Unit Name if you want.
Added the ability to nudge stuck EMS and Fire units, plus tow trucks from backup mods like Stop The Ped and Policing Redefined - "Nudge EMS" or "Fix my Fire Truck" examples
Added small feature - Double tap NumPad0 to roll your own car driver window, double tap again roll it back up. On foot Double tap NumPad0 to roll NPC car window down. Double Tap Numpad1 to roll down NPC Passenger window if needed.
IMPROVEMENTS
Changed config setup so the mod no longer ships with a preset ini file, preventing future updates from overwriting API keys. Update BLR Dispatch without overwriting your custom setup files.
Added a BLR_Defaults folder so future prompt and config updates auto-migrate into existing settings
If you aim your weapon at suspect and say "Suspect at gunpoint" dispatch will not ask if they have any weapons, instead she will not say "Suspect at gunpoint covers code 3" and send 2 backup units responding Code 3. If you say "Suspect Spotted" she will ask if you if you spot any weapons, if you say anything in reference to copy, yes or they have a gun, she will send code 3 backup.
Improved Medevac landing zone detection with a visible ring on the ground. The air medical unit will rotate to a safer nearby LZ when blocked
Added voice commands to clear or cancel an active Medevac call "Cancel that Medevac"
Made Air Medics invincible and removed aggressive/weapon-draw behavior
Added voice commands to clear or cancel incoming Tow Trucks IF you have BLR Towing selected in your menu "Cancel that Tow Request"
Widened the plate reading detection cone for easier reads on foot and during traffic stops
Greatly increased range to get plates during vehicle pursuits up to 120m
Reduced accidental plate reads from passing vehicles
Replaced the "return to AOP" audio with a more natural-sounding version "Clear all units" you will now hear a natural dispatch voice instead of a male harsh version.
Improved HUD overlay positioning for more consistent placement across 1080p, 1440p, and 4K monitor setups
FIXES
Fixed an issue where patients could launch into the air during Medevac landing
Fixed an issue where VIN checks did not return results for PR
Fixed an issue where Debug mode caused log spam for Tow and Medevac
3 HIDDEN COMMAND REVEALS THAT YOU ALREADY HAVE
"Take me to Sandy Shores" or "Take me to Sandy"
"Take me to Paleto"
"Take me to LSPD"
(Teleports you to those locations) TIP: You have to be very specific with those words 👍

Got a question, I remember seeing someone about the units not having a siren on for code 2, what was that and where do I find it again?
There is no fix for that. This is an issue with Policing Redefined unfortunately. Their Code 2 response always includes lights and sirens. Currently no fix until they add that into an update.
What file controls the vehicle model for air support during pursuits? I changed the medical helicopter and my PR backup files to a custom chopper but air support is still the default “polmav”
Coming in the next update along with Air Swat. Air units will have it's own configs as well as offer multi county configuration. I will announce more info on this pretty soon.
Mike, can I install more callout packs after installing this new version? Looking for more variety, but don't wanna have to reinstall too much.
Yes, install any callout pack you want, it'll work fine and BLR Dispatch will keep working. The Audio Overhaul already covers 500+ crimes, so 18 packs (with more coming) won't cause issues. If you hear mixed/old dispatcher audio, let me know and I'll check for updates from that pack's author.

Absolutely not, that is my bad on that. You see Patron will not allow me to make a Draft of a post prior to release and I set that as a place holder and just picked a random tier. Silly Patron will not allow me to just save a draft. - Well I forgot to delete out the draft. Sorry about that.

EDIT: Sorry I am adding this in after I typed all that stuff below lol. If you own the BlueLine Audio Overhaul (Formerly called BlueLine Dispatch) there is a discount code at the very bottom of that post, to use towards the new BLR Dispatch. Ya - its an easy drag and drop. I would not overthink it. Here is the optimal breakdown for you. Download BlueLine Audio Overhaul ( This use to be called BlueLine Dispatch but I renamed it to avoid confusion, nothing special) Drag the lspdfr folder only out of that big ass download. It will install about 3-4 thousand audio files. You have another folder for Callout audio in the zip file if you decide to install callout packs. That is the main part for the audio, should be good for the old dispatcher now. -------------------------- Then for BLR Dispatch - you need to install all of those files including all of the NAudio (I would just grab everything and toss it into main game directory) . It will install a lot of audio and of course the main dispatch plugin. Go on Duty at least one time. Then unload lspdfr. ALT TAB out of game and you need to go to your config now. (Config is created AFTER you go on duty at least once) now you can put those API keys in. Websites are in the config. If you need help with that - Just follow the video in reference to the config. Watch the video in reference to the Menu system at the bottom of the install video for BLR Dispatch. You need to be in the Edit Positions part of the menu system
You have one useless feature... "the refund system"
Hard to call the refund system useless when you've never actually paid for anything to refund.

Hello! Awesome mod! Question! When I call for 2 CHP code 2 units. It send LAPD units. Would I have to add a line so it can work?
It would depend how you refer to them in your DefaultRegions.xml for example. If you have those CHP units in your San Andreas State region section of your XML. Those would be considered to be "State Backup" That is only if you have those vehicles set up that way. BLR Dispatch will call on what you have chosen to be your StatePatrol. Now you can go into your Prompts and look for CODE2 State Backup and put in words like CHP if you would like and it would understand what you want that way. Let me know if that works for you.
