DO I HAVE TO DELETE GTA5.EXE
Don't delete the main exe file that makes your game run, not even sure where you got that question from.

i did it and know RPH says that the version of game is not supported (i reverted to 3788 after the update)
If you installed the newer version of RPH, it's not going to match your v3788. Why would you update LSPDFR and RPH? Only do that if you plan on updating everything. The best place to get help with technical issues is definitely our Discord server. Troubleshooting these kinds of problems can be pretty tough over Patreon comments! This update devastated everything. I’m gonna just reinstall everything fresh and then keep a copy of what I need because I’m done with gta 5 after this update.

i reverted my game files watch the last video now i open my gtav it start up right to the R logo then go backscreen anyone had any idea how to fix
Just launch in Story Mode first and see if you can connect without Rage Hook. If you can then close game out. Relaunch again in story mode and let it start to connect to Social Club, ALT TAB out and launch Rage Hook. Then see if you can get it to connect that way. i know this isnt your problem but can you tell me do i have to do something with my mod folder since an new patchday got dropped? I got no replace vehicles but a lot of DLC car packs. Since i just recently started with LSPDFR again after 2 years of pause.
I think you have to reinstall every thing in your mods folder.
