All about the New BlueLine Dispatch v4.0
I am excited to finally share the official release details for BlueLine Dispatch v4.0. I’ve completely overhauled the system to deliver a much more realistic and immersive audio experience than ever before.
Release Date and Time
BlueLine Dispatch v4.0 will officially release on Tuesday, March 31, 2026, at 4:00 PM CST.
For those in other regions: 5:00 PM EST, 2:00 PM PST, 10:00 PM BST
New Dispatch Voice
A brand-new female dispatcher is being introduced with this version. This change is subtle but significant, featuring improved radio quality, tone, and professional cadence throughout the entire mod to provide a more immersive experience.
Key Features and Updates
Remastered Callouts: 16 Callout Packs have been completely redone with new audio lines for these callouts. NEW Legacy Pursuits Callouts pack has been added.
Note: Coastal Callouts audio was not remastered as it is becoming outdated.Dispatch 911 Logo Overhaul: These are the logos that appear above your minimap when you receive a call or when dispatch is responding to your request. Previously sold on the shop, these are now included for FREE in the main zip file. It features international systems for 911, 999, 112, and 110 with a simple OIV install.
BlueLine Scanner v4.0 Plugin: This is now a dedicated plugin with over three hours of immersive, dynamic audio sequences. It features 3D spatial sound that muffles when you exit your vehicle and pans based on your view in-game. You can also set this to player for the shoulder mic so that you can hear the scanner on foot. It also manages "holding the air" during pursuits and felony stops (including loudspeaker commands) for maximum immersion. This plugin also brings unique audio to Ultimate Backup for Prisoner Transport, Coroner, and Animal Control—features that never had audio before. Includes a visualizer that is customizable in size - position - color.
New Plate Return Audio: I have added comprehensive Plate Return audio for both Stop The Ped and Policing Redefined, including the alpha-numeric system and status returns (clear, expired, stolen, warrant).
Crimes Folder: Completely overhauled with 500+ high-quality audio files to support third-party callout packs from lspdfr.com.
EMS, Fire, and Backup: 12 new EMS and 12 Fire responses with authentic tones, plus 40 hand-crafted police backup units sourced from real-world radio broadcasts.
Future Updates: Note that Stop The Ped does not natively have audio for Pedestrian ID/Driver's License checks (Policing Redefined does include this feature). I am working on adding this in a future update and it will be part of the BlueLine Scanner plugin.
Launch Details
I will be releasing several educational videos on launch day to help with installation and to showcase how these new features work. A full Demo video will also be released on Tuesday, March 31, with the specific time to be announced.
No download links are being provided today; everything goes live with the full installation video on Tuesday afternoon.
If you purchased the BlueLine Dispatch mod off of the Store Front after October 2025, yes the update is free.
Note on Custom Audio Orders
Please be aware that I will be pausing all Custom Callsign and custom audio requests until April 9th. With a release this size, my full focus will be on monitoring the launch, providing technical support, and ensuring everyone gets v4.0 up and running smoothly. OK so in the discord there is no longer a place for bugs, So, Fox-1 accepts AIR_LOCK_PLAYER, the spotlight initially hits the player, but within seconds the beam stops tracking while BLR still considers the unit locked on the player. The helicopter also flies erratically while this occurs. The log confirms BLR starts the spotlight tracking itself.
First, it is not necessary to post so many comments. This is the 6th comment. You can easily edit your own comment by pressing the .... button. You would still need to come by discord, I can't see your files on these Patron comments. There could be several reasons the air unit is not acting correctly from Air Unit models, pursuits etc.

what would be cool is maybe dispatcher actually gives us a call like you know when the callouts come up, maybe dispatch can say example, "Lima 25 copy traffic or copy call| and then gives us the callout

can we get where if we no longer need the backup we can just tell them to clear instead of using dispatch that puts everyone available? Sometimes I like to reamin on scene, to finish up
Are you asking for an entirely separate talk key? You can key up the radio now and just say "Clear all units" it doesn't code 4 the call and you can remain on scene and finish things up.

I wouldn't just give up. If I did this, I would have stopped over 14 years ago when I was modding GTA 4
I don't understand I pay for all this stuff get all of this stuff listen to everything you say and recommend I installed policing redefined and there's nothing in the menu for a vehicle check to hear it from dispatch which was the reason I bought this software or am supporting this

Do you know why the BlueLine STP watcher error occurs
Sorry to respond so late, did not see your comment. If I am not mistaken and I could be wrong (shocker I know) that BlueLine STP watcher error, might be in reference to the BlueLine Scanner looking for a potential Rage Log entry. Does it happen often? It should only do this every now and then. Let me know if it happens more than it should and perhaps copy and paste several lines of your Rage Log, or you can possibly send me a DM over here on Patreon and I'll have a look. Thanks

Should i have stop the ped and police redefined or just one of them with this
I replied to your DM but I will post it here as well. You would pick one or the other as you can't have both installed at the same time, they would conflict.
What would be the best way to add another callout pack that you have audio for? Remove the scanner folder from GP and bring everything over again or after I install the callout pack can I just move the 1 audio folder over?
Install the Callout Audio folder last. You can just install any callout pack that 'might' have an audio folder (lspdfr folder) then just install the Callout audio and overwrite. All of this is covered on the video
