Any news on the LSPDFR data video?
Hey mines not working so I put it into eup or do I put it into my ultimate backup. I’m having trouble installing it.
Follow the video - Go to 19:10 of the video.
Great mod just wondering if you can clear two things up for me. Firstly can i config multiple agencies at a time for example lspd and bcso ? and my folder labled custom in lspdfr data for the ai ambient cops is empty.
Labeling is really where it's at. Personally here is what I do, I label or name the uniform one time. I switch up uniforms at least 4 - 6 times. Then I change my Uniform name to a different agency/division and do the same thing. Can't really configure multiple agencies at the same time currently. Might add a feature like that in the future. Either way, you would still have to make multiple uniforms per agency. Custom folder that is empty is normal. You would have to make custom xml files. I haven't received positive feedback that users really wanted to see how to configure those and I am still waiting for people to request it. Until then, you can look up YouTube or forum post, there might be a video on it.
hello just want to ask. why is it my lspdfr\data\custom is empty? or am I the one who will create .xml file or it should be generated by EUP?
You will eventually add uniforms to that section under Custom. Hard to explain at the moment. Video for that will need to come out and explain a lot better as it gets rather detailed.
Back in the day you recommended Skin Control, and I found that way easier to figure out than EUP, so I've only got a few uniforms saved there and just always load my character and uniforms from there. Would that work with GearCopy? Thanks
Yes, GearCopy just exports the exact uniform that is on your screen. So whatever your officer looks like, is what that uniform will show up as. So it really wouldn't matter if you use EUP, Skin Control, Simple Trainer or The Locker Room.
How do I equip the other unifroms to other agencies? I got it working for lspd but I dont know how do I also make it works for LSSD or even rockford hills pd. Thanks!
If you did the lspd division, you put those in LosSantosCity right? You would do the exact same thing as the LSPD division, just put the uniform agency you are working with and start producing uniforms. You might want to name the Uniform name accordingly so you can stay organized. For the LSSD you would put those uniforms that you produce in the LosSantosCounty for example. Rockford hills would work like the other divisions, but you would have to have a proper config that has other divisions like RockFordHills. You might have to look for a more detailed config for your DefaultRegions though.
This got me to actually customise my backup and enjoy creating uniforms. Cheers Mike! Looking forward to that video for LSPDFR data. I have 9.9 EUP and for the life of me cannot figure out the right files to update and how it all flows together.
Hey Mike which vests and belts are you using in this video? I have the TLS stuff but alot of this doesn't look the same to me.
TLS does have a lot of gear on their website. I am using EUP 9.10 for the main uniform of course. Vest is the AVS Plate Carrier Belts is the AE Duty Belt Package I think I got the LE Duty Belt Bundle as it included several different pieces of gear on their site. Also just bought the Safariland 6360(RDS) Series Holsters but that is not seen on this video.
Could we get your configs they are so perfect lol, and what eup customs do you have installed?
My configs are extremely customized with special uniform installs from TLS and Blazed Modification. It simply would not work well if I shared that out unless you had everything placed exactly as I have mine. So my UB or PR backup style regions, would not work for everyone. I am working on the LSPDFR Data style video and I will be sharing out a ranks.xml template. Surprisingly if you have EUP 9.3 the backup uniforms look pretty good and even the LSPDFR Data for your custom folder under Agency_EUP and outfits_lspdfr_eup.xml look pretty good as well. If you have EUP 9.10, they should have included a LSDPFR Data folder in there as well and their Agency_EUP and outfits_lspdfr_eup also look quit good. For me .... I have to configure everything by hand since my data files are very specific and it takes hours to get right, but at least GearCopy does make the job 10x easier.
You're the best
Thanks mate! Now I can drink my coffee, this works alone. :D
Would love to see a in depth video at changing LSPD data, couldn’t find anything else really online. As always keep up the amazing work !
Love it but would it conflic with gear copy or anything jw? Or should I i not use jurdictions cause I know its old but jw? Cause I got thinline sanctuary uniforms and didn't know how to fix so I followed what it said about it is all.
It will not interfere at all with Jurisdictions+ in fact the UB part of the plugins found within Jurisdictions+ has the same setup for the uniforms for DefaultRegoins, CustomRegions and SpecialUnits. For the agency part of Jurisdictions it calls on the date folder and you can use the agency_lspd.xml for example and it will call on a outfits_lspd_eup.xml I would download something like EUPFR UE and use the folder without car addons, unless you have all of the extra car addons installed already. I will do a full walkthrough on how to convert the LSDPFR_Data into the outfits_eup xml files and it will flow rather nicely with GearCopy.
Hey, where do you get your vests from?
