Reverting to 3586 LIVE - STILL WORKS
Watch me revert to GTA 5 v3586 LIVE
Hopefully everyone did a backup on your game files (mentioned on this video) as this method still works. Also some info about a new mod called DING KILLER - It's ready for release, but due to the update, it might come out in a few days. I need your thoughts on that, if you want it earlier. Thanks!

First time reverting my game and works perfectly. Btw I don't think this works on Rockstar Games Launcher so I had to buy GTA again on Steam. Worth it though. Thanks a lot for the tutorials!!!!

weird, in the bottom right hand corner it kept saying 3586 version but when i checked the GTA5.EXE file it said 3717. so i just dropped the saved files in and it works.
my game won't update i did the integrity twice still on 3586
Yep, as you saw on the video I didn't need to do that. Hopefully you watched this particular video ahead of time.
What is ding killer? Any place we can read more about it or what does it do?
I want to release it now, but I'm afraid the traction on the release is bad timing. DING KILLER v1.0 Description: Mod Summary DING KILLER removes those persistent and immersion-breaking "ding" sounds that occur when interacting with peds and various in-game menus, other elements like your trunk for example, and also removes that annoying weapon wheel sound. I just need feedback from the community if you want it early.
Too bad no one has figured out how to revert with Rockstar Launcher. I found a mod on 5mods that I think is supposed to do that but I cant find anyway to confirm if I understand the mod description correctly. I might just try it later if everything isn't updated by then.
Ya, let me know how it goes on that. If that works, I might just consider buying a Retail game version and take one for the team and see if I can help others in the future.
