PLEASE NOTE!
I have been hearing, on occasion, a tiny blip siren when pulling over vehicles. Not a long siren, it's literally a blip default police siren when getting the vehicle you are pulling over off the roadway. Obviously the author did not make this Engine Sound to support the LSPDFR player. My advice on this? Just use the npolcharciv  or the npolchar2civ  Engine Audio Hashes. I do not hear any siren blips with this. If you are okay with a mild default siren blip and do not want to mess with it, I wouldn't blame ya.

Navigate to: mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\npolchar\dlc.rpf\x64\audio\sfx\dlc_npolchar

Replace the npolcar.awc and npolchar2.awc within the DLC pack with edit mode on.
