What's New in 0.10?
Usually we have one What's New card to show everything that's new, but this update is so large that we needed three cards to show them all.
When we first started work on the 0.10 Update we wanted to make an update that even Veteran players would have a fresh experience almost like loading up a brand new game all over again.
We've also included a little something extra in the download file, and that's the New Title Screen as a desktop wallpaper that you can use, we also included one for the Android.
We truly cannot thank you enough for the support you've shown.

nvm i figured out i just needed to start a new game
i found a bug while doing something with kate. it's the wandering event when you go eat with her. when you choose an item from the options apparently "cash" is not defined or something. i chose the top most option in that if you want to try replicating it.

Is there any downside to choosing free mode? I hope not, but it's not really clear.
No there is no downside. But eventually, you will start to run out of content that you haven't seen if you have a large day limit.
