Our Patreon has finally Switch to Subscription Billing

Since the start of our Patreon we've used first-of-the-month billing. This charged you the day you joined and then on the 1st of each month. We've finally switched to the now standard Subscription Billing where it charges you on the day that you joined every month.

The reason this took us this long to change is that our development works on a per-month cycle. Having the Patreon using first-of-the-month billing helped allocated funding for the next month of development. Of course this always had the issue of if you joined during the end of the month you'd get double charged shortly after, and now we're in the position to handle changing the subscription style on Patreon.
