[Patch 0.0.30] Fantoccio's Boss Fight Minor Improvements and Camera Changes

If you are using the itch io launcher it will update automatically, if not you will have to redownload it. 

• Added shadow to Billie

• Camera improvements 

• Fixed being able to ground pound on mops 

• Reduced the size of Billie's face in the health bar UI to make it more readable
