This novel will always have a place in my heart because it made me discover this wonderful world: after this one I started binge-reading a lot of danmei one after the other, even loosing sleep at night
Fun fact: this is the only one I read in italian, I usually read everything in english 🤔
I'll do more danmei fanart in the future, for sure. I want to, I NEED TO. For now I have plans for Heaven Official's Blessing, Ballad of Sword and Wine, Nan-Chan, Thrice Married to a Salted Fish, Dinghai Fusheng Records.... I have so many ideas, I must make time for it 😤

yesss!! i love danmei so much 😭❤️🩹 mdzs was also my first read and my 2nd favorite while tgcf is my favorite of what i’ve read! i relate to xie lian maybe a bit too much tgcf (heaven’s official blessing) and qjj (ballad of sword and wine) are so worth the read! some of 3x married to a salted fish and dinghai fusheng records are on my shelf (waiting to have the entire series before i start) and so many more are still in my tbr!
I started reading them very recently and I keep asking myself why I waited so much 😭
