Finishing Touches #2 - 'The List'

Apart from making the AI more sophisticated, the game is pretty much complete, there's just a list of small quality of life that need to be rectified before its ready for retail. They're all tiny jobs, but there's just so many of them that it might take a while - best scenario is October but if something in this list is trickier than expected it could be longer. Thank you for your continued patience:

1. Add custom character to Duel mode

2. Add power rating (combined HP of all parts)

3. Add name change to custom robot

4. Add beta button to change part colours in custom screen

5. Add shadows to robots when they move

6. Add button to abandon a tournament

7. Replace practice mode button with customise button

8. Add descriptions for game modes

9. Add map select to Duel mode

10. Extend options menu

11. Add censor/vanilla/futa toggle to options menu

12. Add maleMC and FeMC toggle to options menu

13. Add automatic panning to battles and include toggle in options

14. Add final bosses to the tournament roster (Darklore and Divinangel)

15. Add the final guest CG (once its ready)

16. Make object placement randomised

17. Make Repair Systems heal 1 part by 40HP, not all parts by 10HP

18. Add defeated robot animation

19. Add the recharging mount animation

20. Place NPCs on the stage

21. Give NPCs their intros

22. Add achievements

23. Add music to tournament intermissions

24. Add flame VFX

25. Update XML for credits, loc and battle stats

26. Add VFX when a character lands or shoots

27. Fix 26 bugs, many linked to AI

28. Make new icon that shows when a target is in cover

29. Increase cover inaccuraccy bonus from 25% to 50%

30. Import the rulebook text

31. Add part reward screen

32. Randomise AI personality types & animations

33. Add recharging minigame

Once all of these are done, the build will be submitted to Steam, only when Steam approve of the build will we announce a release date. Which will be 2 weeks after Steam approve. We'll let you know when we submit the build.

Development Update
Programmer is still not able to work. In the meantime we have been erforming those all-important balance edits and bug tests.
