Very Early Gameplay Footage + Game Mode Info
If the game passes approval, we could be issuing State Override Steam Keys by the end of the week! Then you can start tinkering. But be advised! Its in a very incomplete state. Some of you keen-eyed roboticists might have noticed that game is based on the EdgeLords architecture, this is normal practice in the games industry and we where able to cut production time down by an enormous amount by modifying our existing battle system.
Like our other game EdgeLords, there are three game modes.
The game modes are DUEL, TOURNAMENT and STORY.
In DUEL, players pick a robot to play as, and a robot to fight, then duke it out.
In TOURNAMENT, players pick a robot and then fight a gauntlet of opponents.
STORY mode contains many of the advertised features, such as the narrative where you take possession of PRINJET, battle opponents, earn money and upgrade PRINJET to become champion.
In Early Access, DUEL and TOURNAMENT will be avaliable to play.
STORY will be avaliable, but only via the OPT-IN BETA BRANCH.
We want to make sure STORY mode will be bug-free and balanced on full release, which is why we're doing Early Access as we learned our lesson from EdgeLords.

I see. Interesting gameplay. Strategy will play a big part in this 🤔 I think it's alright to use the same structure as edgelords. It's a very well polished structure and it will cut down some dev time like you mentioned. So pretty nice 👌
