SUNBEAM (PNT-23) +Build News

A rare and exotic robot, SUNBEAM imitates that of a plant. While it looks organic, the brightly-coloured panels are steel and aluminium. PNT-23 sports a sword and a missile system, providing all-round balanced performance. While it has no significant strengths, this robot has no apparent weaknesses, so you will need to rely on your control and balance to out-skill this opponent!

Development News
The first alpha build is being prepared for release. Steam keys to be distributed soon.

We will be entering this game into Early Access where it will have two playable game modes: 'Free Play' which we call 'Brawl' and 'Rogue-lite', which we call 'Tournament'.
There is a third game mode, which is the largest, this is called 'Story' or 'Campaign' mode, which will launch with the 1.0 release, but will be playable during EA via opt-in BETA.

Brawl Game Mode
In this mode, choose yourself a preconfigured robot and fight an enemy preconfigured robot. This unlocks access to more robots in the roster. Not all robots in the game will be featured.

Tournament Mode
In this rogue-lite mode, choose a preconfigured robot and fight four opponents, you can customise your robot between rounds and there may be additional special rules.

Story Mode
This is the largest mode and is the main 'meat' of the game. You start with Prinjet and interact with NPCs as you build your way up with RPG elements. This mode features robots not seen in Brawl or Tournament modes. This will be playable in Early Access via the BETA branch.
