New-old events for patrons: "Books from Patrons" and "The Best People of the City"

Our work on 'The Library Story' goes according to our plan! In the nearest days I gonna post some unexpected sketches, including some of bonus stuff for winners of our Lottery! Besides now I'm working on some new books for 0.9. Can say that in this version there will be possibly real quests with new books. So it's time to remind you about our bonus events!
