Whoops! Missed videos
I see from checking my past posts on Patreon that most of the videos I uploaded in October failed to appear here. Sorry about that. I have no explanation for it yet. So far as I can see, only one video registered with the system. This puts me in a tricky position. It means that everyone will have paid very little for October, and that if I then add all the missed videos in now (an extra four), then this will make November an expensive month for some of you. My guess is that most of you will not mind much one way or the other, since the total payment over the two months will be similar to what it would have been anyway (depending on what maximum limit you set). My instinct is to post this message first, and then wait a bit for responses to it. If you think it would be a disgraceful cheek of me to add in the missed videos to this month, let me know.

Thanks for all the replies. I will lose some money because of the monthly capping system, but never mind. If you became my patron in November 2016 and are a bit miffed to be charged for videos I made in October, then you can quickly (do it today because payment for November goes out quite early in December) set your maximum payment cap for this month to something that means that the extra videos from October won't affect you. If you don't do this, and are still miffed, then write to me (nikolas.lloyd@gmail.com) and I should be able to refund you. The number of people affected is very small. Most people have set a fairly low cap anyway, and not very many joined me in November.
Hey Lindy, clear communication is key, well done on that part. The only party here that might hurt from these kinds of things is yourself, as you might hit some peoples monthly max settings. Keep up the good work buttercup!
Late to the party, but I would have voted the same way as others. We want you to get paid for your videos. Thanks for saying something about it, though.

I don't pay you to not charge me money. But I don't pay much, so I'm not too invested in this decision.

I do not have a problem with you adding the missed videos. Individual patrons have the ability to set monthly limits if they want.
I mean, the videos all just get blitzed here at the end of the month anyway. Doesn't really hurt me at all :) Thanks for thinking of us though!

I'm fine with them all being billed to the same month. People who check their bill every day (or week) may react more strongly to seeing it all pop up at once though.

I don't mind, just add them. It doesn't really matter to me which month the payment falls on. It's good of you to ask first though, just adding them now without saying anything would probably have been a bit cheeky.

As a new patron, this would "hurt" me more, but you know what? I enjoyed those videos, so I don't mind at all :)
