Lindybeige merch give-away
Hello, my appreciated patrons (that's all of you),
You may have noticed that I am not exactly a whiz when it comes to merch. It is a side of things that I have neglected, and I suspect that I will never show any talent for it. Anyway, the company that I used for my merch is now winding up, and I will soon be using a new and different one, which, let us imagine, will be a lot better. There is some stock sitting, unsold, on the shelves of the old company, and I thought I would just offer it to you, as a thank-you.
The mugs all sold out. There are none of those left - sorry.
Instead, on the shelves there are:
'Koozies' - quite a lot of these.
'Badges/pins/buttons' - a fair few of these.
T-shirts - twenty of these in the following sizes:
Small - 1
Medium - 5
Large - 7
XLarge - 4
XXLarge - 2
XXXLarge - 1
All have the same design: the Lindybeige logo, large and central, on a field of beige.
To get your hands on these things, go to the merch page on the Lindybeige.uk website, and use these codes:
Koozie: FREEBEIGEKOOZIE
Badge Collection: FREEBEIGEBADGE
(Maximum one order of each item per person).
Those codes should already be set up and working. I have asked for the code FREEBEIGETSHIRT for the shirts, and fingers crossed that will work soon.
If and when the codes work, you should find that you get the item for free but have to cover postage. If you live outside the USA, the postage is, alas, very steep, which is one of the reasons I never sold much merch. I am yet to discover if the new company's postal rates will be much better.
If there is any stock left on the shelves after this, then I will have learned something useful. If I cannot get even people who are so keen on the channel that they become patrons to be interested in my merch even when I am giving it away, then possibly I shouldn't be bothering with merch!
Stay wonderful, everyone. I think you'll all find that easy enough.
Lloyd

I have had the useless in battle shirt for a while, I now own another shirt, buttons I may never use, and a beer koozies when I don't drink beer but I want you to know you are supported by this Yank and a few more I know. Why cant a company be in the USA and Britain? Has no one told them that its now possible to send an image over the internet and slap it on merch on either side of the pond?
we bought the beige shirts when they were full price. I will grab 2 now if they are free!
My mind failed to read "koozie" properly and I was very disappointed that there was not a Lindybeige kazoo for sale. Wow, that postage is insane..! Even for what I assume to be a quite excellent shirt that's way too much. Had it been a kazoo, however.. .. .. nah, it's too much even for a Lindybeige kazoo. But you should offer kazoos. They're great.
You are right. The world is better for having kazoos in it.
Tshirt code worked on my PC , but the shipping price is insane.
Agreed. Of course, if they make a profit on it, I don't get a cut of the postage.
Couldn't get the Tshirt code to work on any of the designs. *shrug* Even in the US postage is a bit steep, seems to be the biggest hurdle. Hope the new shop can lower that a bit.
I hope so too, but it is another USA company, so no promises.
Yeah, the postage is a bit out there...
I'm afraid to say that I don't think I can justify paying £13 for postage for a Koozie. I am definitely interested in future merch but I can't pay that postage.
Understandable. The shelf is in the USA, and the company seems to be a bit rubbish at transatlantic shipping.
I regret to inform that I am among the unfortunate who do not, in fact, find it easy enough, since I am unable to find where I am supposed to enter this code on the merch site. (Might be because I am on mobile? Or I am just an idiot)
Got on a PC and it was there. Thanks! Got myself a shirt.
Awesome!
Shirt code does work I just placed an order.
Good! Thanks for letting me know, even though this information will cease to be useful pretty soon.
The shirt: £20, down to £0 The Shipping: £21 Yeah that's about right.
Yes, that's steep. I don't know why merch companies charge so much for postage.
