Upcoming ancient history quiz

Now it seems that I shall be hosting an ancient history quiz on Quizando:

I've not done it before, but as I understand it, you buy tokens, and then spend them to take part (about one dollar), and then the entrance fees go into a pool from which the prize money is drawn. 20 questions, sudden death (get one wrong and you are out, but you have three 'passes' if you don't know an answer).

Note that I did NOT set the questions! I will be seeing them first at the same time as the contenders. The reason is simple enough: imagine the suspicion I would draw if a friend of mine won the quiz!

The quiz will be 'live' (to rhyme with 'hive') on a Sunday, so that few people will be at work, although Californians will have to get up quite early.

If it goes well, I shall do more.

Of course I have not charged you for this post.  That would be wrong.
