British Officers' Kit
It seems that the Lego Man at the end of my videos needed an upgrade.
Half an hour of me talking about things that an officer might wear to mark him out as different from the men.

Really enjoyed this video!
Fine and educational video. Not to mention the 70£ gloves he has. What a pretty sight!
I actually like the Great Courses Plus - I've bought several history courses, for, from $20 - $35. 1 Greek, 3 Roman, 2 European. They seem to have gone up since I bought - no more $20 ones. But - and I swear I'm not a paid shlll - they were well worth it at those prices. It's an honorable company to sell for.
Lloyd, whether intentional or not, this is one of your best films to date! Informative and funny I loved it! As for the "Merch" well TShirts obvs, mugs ditto, but what about a Calendar, or Tea towel, egg cups or duvets! So many options! Keep up the work!
A few years ago, Lego lost a not insignificant chunk of market share to a court ruling that meant the designs of their Bricks was no longer (or possibly never was) trademarkable (thus the proliferation of off-brand sets, fuelled by Chinese manufacturing, who seem to never have given a damn about such things in the first place). The minifig is one of the few things that is still an unique, brand-exclusive Thing within the eyes of the law, and thus they are incredibly protective and fussy about it.
The Lego figures are a separate design from the bricks. Anyway, I've got the kit now.
