Broadsword and targe - how Highlanders fought
Shot at the end of Fight Camp. I was a bit hoarse from all the shouting, camping, and beer. Alas, the venue was directly under the path of the aeroplanes landing at Birmingham International, and it was a bit windy on top.

I found the moves reminiscent of wing chun butterfly swords - moving simultaneously but independently.

It was a great pair of classes. I actually sometimes switch to a third style I learnt at May Melee last year in sparring.

I thought highlanders always fought from the high ground. I mean, isn't it implied in their name? :D
