What have I got to be grateful for?
Another Q217. No charge.
Possibly, I should have talked about the possible function of gratitude. If showing it does not alter the behaviour of others, what is the point of it?

A very good spot of reflection Lindy. Far too easy to mire ourselves in our woes without noticing the many things we have to be grateful for, not the least of which being the decreasing proximity of the "Four Horseman" for most of the planet. Thanks for reminding me of this.
You say you're thankful but isn't thankful/grateful something that you thank something/body/diety for? Possibly not articulating this well?
Yes, I could have discussed whether thanking people alters their behaviour for the better. I don't know whether these videos would sustain much greater length, though.
