My finger is on the pulse! I answer the questions that scorch the lips of the youth of today!
Why isn't there a tidal tsunami every day at Gibraltar? (YouTube)

The info I didn't know I needed
There's an error on your video. Let me quote myself from YouTube: "The 10 meters or so (I'm not good at imperial units) of difference sounds impressive but the straight of Gibraltar is about 35 kilometers long. 10 metres spread over 35 kilometers makes a really gentle slope. The whole discussion of currents that Lindy gave is interesting, but not relevant to the point." If you want to consult regarding physics I can find a moment for you. (Free of charge - I'm not in a consulting businesses).
And of course I wrote "deep" where I meant "long" which turned my point into gibberish. Edited now.
