This is really funny to me.... because given that we also have their equavalents in the Straw Hat Pirates... we have: Luffy = Dad Zoro = Mum Sanji = Cool Uncle Jimbe = Fun Uncle and who would be the kid in this situation? well.... most likely Momo or Tama xddd.
The shadowy blob form Sommers took on as he was being summoned seems to be a visual reference to Hedorah the Smog Monster, who was a blob of dark sludge and rot. Fitting given they are the champions of the Celestial Dragons.
These Knights of God are some…interesting characters. Not what I was expecting at all. Still, I’m both dreading and looking forward to seeing what they do this arc.
