Don’t forget to cancel your pre-release subscription!

First and foremost, Team Annotate wanted to take a moment to thank you for your support this past month, which has allowed us to be able to launch soon! We wouldn’t have been able to do it without you, and the enthusiasm you have shown.

As planned, we are closing our three pre-launch tiers (Sidekick, Protagonist, and Mentor) on the 22nd. Please make sure you cancel your membership after you get your badge on Annotate, so you do not get charged next month! To do so, go over to your settings, then your Memberships, where you will see the button to edit and cancel your membership.

We recommend you stay as a free subscriber to still be notified when we post on Patreon! Here's a little visual:

Q&A:

- Will my Annotate badge stay even if I cancel?
Yes! The badges obtained through our Patreon will stay forever on your Annotate profile. If you do not have your badge yet, please head over to our Discord server for help!

- What about the Sidekick badge?
No worries! The Sidekick badge is linked to the username you reserved, so you cancel your subscription now! Of course, when Annotate launches, you will have to use the email linked to your Patreon account to get your username.

- Will I still have the Discord benefits?
Yes! The Discord benefits will also stay forever. This means the gradient name, the role and for Mentors, the exclusive channels!

- What about the Annotate subscription?
As stated in our tier description, anyone who subscribed to the Protagonist or Mentor tier will have a month free of our Annotate subscription, which allows for advanced profile customization, when the app officially launches.

- I brought a gift subscription, how do I cancel?
If you brought one month of subscription as a gift, you do not need to cancel!
