LINKING PATREON TO DISCORD:
To link your Patreon account to Discord, please use a laptop or a web browser on your phone, not the Patreon app:
Open Patreon in your browser.
Tap the three lines in the top-left corner.
Tap the three dots in the bottom-right corner.
Select settings
Tap the arrow next to ‘basic profile information’
Then tap ‘connected apps’
