Hey BN. Does this still count as one towards a stack? Also, intense relaxation as well? Thanks!
That's right. Just tally them up to the upper recommended listening limit per session (one go).
Would this be the best choice after a back flare up do to exceeding tissue tolerance? I’m trying to recover from a back injury but my nervous system goes crazy a lot of times and continues to overprotect and guard.
Alongside Lower Back Pain Relief and Bulletproof Nervous System; varies upon individual. Examine which one your body responds best to: Day 1-2 Lower Back Pain Relief (highest selectivity. If helps in the first 2 days, continue disregards the other programs) Day 3-4 Deepest Relaxation Day 5-6: Bulletproof Nervous System Day 7+ Your personal choice
Hey bn, does this consist of alpha binaural beats and is there specific frequencies in terms of hz that benefit my adhd and autism. And would this be suitable for active mediation like jump rope and basketball dribbling to regulation and would I be able to listen in one ear? Thanks a lot
To that end, opt for Mental Focus - operates within the alpha range and was specifically designed for active meditation, i.e. during workout. Has a fair potential to mitigate attention disorders. Successive alternative worth your attention: Mind-Muscle Connector. The most beneficial frequency range (Hz) will depend on the individual-specific spectrum. Some require stimulants (beta and above), while others require non-stimulants (below beta). | Stimulants, e.g., Methylphenidate - patreon.com/posts/methylphenidate-36612876 Flmodafinil - patreon.com/posts/flmodafinil-high-50219272 | Non-stimulants, e.g., Strategist - https://www.patreon.com/posts/strategist-brain-75175018 Mental Focus - https://www.patreon.com/posts/mental-focus-19837234 *SMR brainwave (13-15 Hz) is known as the golden mean (e.g., Strategist, Brainiac Study Session Loop). Binaural beats require stereo sound - listening through headphones with both ears. When you can only use a single earbud, choose Mindfulness (2022).
Wow, I’ve never been sooo relaxed! Nice job BN 👍

How is this audio different from that of the cortisol reducer? What mechanisms apart from increased cortisol are involved in the appearance of stress and anxiety?
Its sole purpose is to entertain the brainwaves responsible for the state of deep relaxation, thus acting as a CNS depressant. It doesn't directly reduce cortisol levels.
I listened to this for about 40mins before bed on smartphone speaker, not headphones. Felt very very relaxed and slept like a log. Even too much I would say. Morning after I was still too relaxed, nothing could bother me (traffic noise, etc.) and I could have dtayed in bed for more hours. Coffee, going for a walk, cold water in my head couldn't wake me up completely, was as if my cortisol/whatever was nuked. Too much relaxing? Maybe my body simply needed that? Hope this feedback helps.
If you are not undergoing intense stress recently, this would indicate an excessive reduction of cortisol at night, slowing its full rebound in the morning. Otherwise, a deep CNS relaxation, allowing the CNS to have the opportunity to recover and relieve stress. Both manifest in deep, long sleep and difficulty waking up the next day.
I noticed this was 1 hour, is there a specific listening time recommended? Also, I know this has binaural beats, so is it possible to listen overnight (if so, without headphones would that be fine since it's overnight)
There is no specific time of day to use it. So listen whenever you want to rest and relax. This is suitable for overnight listening with or without headphones. Despite being unaffected (as primarily intended) by binaural beats when playing through speakers, the overall auditory stimulation still has a highly effective calming potential.
Will this reduce cortisol?
Sure, it will bring it down nicely.
