For generations, the Sullivan family lived beneath the same roof where they laid the dead to rest. What began as a family home slowly became the Sullivan Funeral Home—a business filled with memories, secrets, and traditions that were never meant to leave the family. Now, Colin Sullivan, the family’s only son, has dedicated the entire property to the funeral business, while his wife and daughter Xocitl and Karmine Luna Sullivan remain safely in San Sequoia. The old building is like any ordinary funeral home: a Mortuary, Crematorium, Bone Crusher Room, Potion Storage, and a graveyard occupying the backyard. The property can also become a residence, with 3 bedrooms + 1 additional room already prepared. But Colin still occasionally sleeps there alone. And according to the stories, he has inherited one peculiar habit from his mother… talking to someone when nobody else is there. Some say he is talking to himself. Others aren't so sure.
Then, after midnight, the Sullivan Funeral Home becomes something else entirely. The streets fall silent. Thick fog crawls across the ground. Blue light begins glowing behind the windows. Somewhere inside, a door creaks open. A floorboard groans upstairs. THUMP… THUMP… The freezer is locked. The mortuary is empty. At least, that is what Colin believes. “There are no bodies here anymore.” But the footsteps continue. A shadow moves behind the glass. Something scratches from inside the walls. And above the house, the clouds begin to form a face beneath the full moon—as if something ancient is watching the Sullivan family from the sky. Now comes the question: Will Luna Sullivan remain safely in San Sequoia, far away from the family business… or will they return to preserve the Sullivan tradition and live beneath the same roof as those who rest in the backyard? Because at Sullivan Funeral Home, the dead are supposed to stay buried. Supposed to.

Meet the Luna-Sullivan Family
Yes, this is Colin Sullivan—and in the original Sims story, he was supposed to have passed away in a bizarre cooking accident( who the fvck! die by cooking ?? 🤨).So, in this version of the story, Colin is very much alive and balance family life with his rather unusual career as a mortician. Xocitl is still pursuing her athletic career, and somehow that lifestyle has influenced Colin too… (big and bulky). For a nerdy guy who spends his days working with the dead, Colin is surprisingly huge and built. After leaving the old Sullivan family property in Willow Creek behind as a full-time funeral home, the family moved to San Sequoia, where they can finally live together, raise Karmine, and enjoy a much more normal family life.
Fun Fact From this sims I originally made him back in late 2023 before I even know patreon is , and this poor man has already survived way too many Sims stories..live,death,cheated etc... before finally ending up here as a straight husband and father.Colin wasn’t even supposed to be Colin. I originally created Roberth Sullivan, a nerd oldies vibe gay man who not even had connection with sullivan family (idk it was exist in game either). Then I saw little Karmine and his decease father story and thought, “Okay, Colin should be exist too” and my lazy idea as living 9-6 worker who get midnight shift to often.. Instead creating Colin... I simply made Roberth become Colin.So here we are: Roberth Sullivan is now Colin Sullivan. A shy, nerdy, ridiculously muscular mortician who somehow ended up with a wife, a daughter, a funeral home, and years of completely improvised lore.
