Your Favorite XP systems
So, I've been tinkering with Fabula Ultima's alternative XP options and I'd love to know about your favorite advancement/xp systems.
This is a really short post, I know, but that's because I want you people to talk - well, write actually, but you get what I mean!!!
If you feel like it, drop a comment here (ENG or ITA are a both fine) or post your thoughts on Discord!

Blades in the Dark’s system is maybe my favourite. See: https://bladesinthedark.com/advancement Not only does it motivate players to drive character behaviour directly towards the game’s themes, but going around the table at the end and discussing whether XP triggers were hit is a brilliant way to prompt everyone to tell each other what they loved about the session.
I am very familiar with Blades, in fact I hacked it several times! And interesting how what some people might perceive as "needless arguing" became a way to show your appreciation for the players' choices and actions!
