awesome!! can’t wait (((:
i haven’t watched the video yet so maybe you mentioned this but are you still putting out a second video to make up for june? jw !
Yes! Right now I'm working on my monthly video, which should be out in a couple days- when that's out, what I think I'm going to do is post a poll for next month's videos and do the top 2 poll answers, in order to get two videos out.
Between Misfits, Umbrella Academy, and this apparently, Robert Sheehan really has cornered the "Obnoxious family screw-up" market, huh. Other great Evil Girlboss MILFs? Well, leaving out two kinda stellar examples because of how fast they got refrigerated... Sydney Bristow's mom and aunts on Alias kind of lead the pack, though they aren't on the show enough... Michelle Gomez's Madame Rouge on Doom Patrol season three is 80% there but doesn't have kids so isn't technically a MILF (see also Amy Acker's Root on Person of Interest, who didn't have kids and may have been too young for MILF status)... Jordan on Scrubs... might be all I have but Umbrella Academy seems to be teeing one up for season four.
It kinda felt like the first two episodes of the season should have been expanded into an entire season (or at least half) and even a little bit before the first episode; we start in a place where so many things have already happened prior to the first episode that would have made for a much more interesting story (Cal first coming to town for example, Jules first starting to experience bloodlust) where we get to see the main characters living in the world, interacting with their families and each other, slowly building the world they live in and building chemistry with each other and ending at the point where Cal stakes Jules and it feels like they glossed over all of that for a bunch of messy world expansion that did nothing to compensate for the lack of character building and chemistry between the two leads, which is weird considering this was presumably meant to be a story about them first and foremost.
They just moved past everything way too quickly in a "we don't know if we're getting a second season" way and it made the whole show weaker as a result lol
show about milfs, some of whom are evil, some of whom are lovers: https://myanimelist.net/anime/50248/Birdie_Wing__Golf_Girls_Story
I’d be interested in hearing more of your thoughts on Vengeful if you’re willing to share them !
