If anyone doesn't have studio drummer and bought ableton live 9/10 suite - chek out the "session drum packs - studio, multi-mic" from Ableton. They are in ableton racks so not as visual as studio drummer but give you similar control with the mics', are mutlisampled by velocity, and can hot swap easily. plus lots of nice dry samples for the base layer on snare and kick creation.

Have watched a few drum tutorials and this is easily the best, Very high amount of detail and very well put together, techniques or concepts here could be applied to drums on any track to gain great results - great work lads looking forward to whatever you show next

Wow! What a killer tutorial. I had no idea you could make acoustic drum samples sound that good! I honestly thought that the intro was an unreleased WIP or something but the fact that it was just the final product of a start from scratch tutorial blows my mind lol. You guys are amazing.
