Tutorial: Chords, Harmony, Progressions 🎶

This is brilliant! It's so clear and helpful. Keep on with this contents!

First time I watched this I got a few minutes in where I was really following it, and then I got kinda lost, just because of my own theory knowledge. But after occasionally coming back to it, after a piano lesson, or after a music session where i’m working with harmony, I’ve finally managed to get the whole way through this video and have a decent understanding of everything you’re talking about. I just think it’s really cool, how you can keep coming back to a topic like this, literally watching the same video over and over again, each time picking up on something new. I think it’s so essential for me when watching your videos to rewatch them again and again until I really understand what you’re talking about. Thanks so much guys, you’re such incredible teachers and you have such a good way of making someone like me understand what you’re talking about, people say if you can explain something complex to a beginner and a professional then you really have mastered your craft, and I think this is absolutely the case with you guys. Lots of love guys!

this was so helpful thank you!

This is so good! So much inspiration coming out of this video for me, you guys are amazing.

This is very well done. It did a good job of helping build the connection between music theory I’ve learned in the past and the daw context that I spend most of my time in. My sheet music skills never were as good as I wanted them to be.

Amazing tutorial! This was the perfect balance of explaining the fundamentals whilst quickly yielding musically interesting and impactful results

This is gold, WOW

super helpful! thanks ❤️

Awesome tutorial, really helpful!

I've been waiting so long for a video like this, thank you guys!!

I really enjoyed the Tigran Hamasyan vibe in the end :) Another video packed with useful informations !!

The timing is impeccable. I was just looking into music theory and composition. Thank you guys. And for anybody else reading this, please take note of what is shown here, as in the first 5 minutes you get the equivalent of about 5-10 lesson videos of a course (I know because I bought one 2 weeks ago). I am amazed at the density.

Thanks so much!

booomshakalaka , what a time to be alive and subriscribed to koan sound

As a pianist myself, I'll never forget how much FUN Jim looked like he was having when banging around on his keyboard during one of your concerts. Love seeing your thoughts behind your passion!
