Hi score saving is added to Outrunners

I stood on top of the core and jumped on it until it all fit in - Boom hi score saving!

It took a MultiPCM refactor to free some space in the core

How to install

Get downloader_meatcores.ini below and place it in your mister SD card root folder, right next to downloader.ini and mister.ini

Run Update_All then load the games from Arcade/Meatcores

To update Meatcores and get any new games just run Update_All again

If you already have downloader_meatcores.ini then run Update_All then load the games from Arcade/Meatcores
