Outrunners - Arcade LCD Panel
On the Outrunners arcade cabinet, there was an LCD panel that displayed game information, had a talking smiley face when the DJ spoke and displayed music track information etc

This how now been incorporated into the core as an optional overlay, using the real characters and data - including the real arcade LED lights that would have lit up on the real cabinet
This brings the cores mister fpga usage to:
ALM - 99%
M10K - 552/553
LAB - 4,191/4,191 (100%)

How to install
Get downloader_meatcores.ini below and place it in your mister SD card root folder, right next to downloader.ini and mister.ini
Run Update_All then load the games from Arcade/Meatcores
To update Meatcores and get any new games just run Update_All again
If you already have downloader_meatcores.ini then run Update_All then load the games from Arcade/Meatcores

You can play those on the dreamcast core - just get the Armoiswave -> dreamcast conversions
