Monky and Bat
Drawings deployed.
Kyuu, a character from EX-Zodiac, a video game inspired by Starfox that is not yet released! It exists on Kickstarter though, with a playable demo. https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/benhickling/ex-zodiac
This isn't canon. None of this is canon.
Also there's the accursed bat, staying hydrated.

Hydro shield does seem to cause more surface area for the sun; it's a fine balance!
loving that monkey
Summertime hyper puss Rouge sounds like it'd be a sizzlin' idea. :D
Oooh, that bikini bottom, your Rouge the Baps is so incorrigible!
fingers crossed. That game looks pretty fun. I know the hydro shield makes you really bouncy so I don't think that poor bikini's gonna last. But staying hydrated in the summer is important after all
Hmm. I'd actually call that pretty... "cannon"! ... I'll show myself out.
Casual Rouge is very good.
Water barrier works very well. :3
Always love to see sweaty summertime Rouge!
