'Been working on a series of improvement to make the game more immersive during the seasons. Some NPC are way easier to work with than others. Ximena, Ivy and Nefer-Katebet...are just not fair, they always look amazing and require little rework. While some others require much more work. In this sense, life is not fair for our Islanders...Some are just more loved by the AI gods XD
On a positive note...We lied to ourselves again... "Small update!" "yes of course!" "Small update" "Yes! of course! "This time we do not go overboard!".....We went overboard...XD over 300 cg for the hellenic festival, 50 or so for the season changes, a whole rework of the slime pet so it now hunts for items for you, tons of texts have now added images (Sage notably). New date for Priya, 3 new npc, the 4 right hand men of the crime lords, the landrace pig with the pyjama as you voted for...And a new interactive text system to allow more immersion, lore, interactions between npcs depending on their affection, hostile, corruption and purity, and fun scenes....and more. OUF!!
Cute has been also hard at work hand drawing sprites and using AI for minimal adjustments/polish. She is learning step by step from T posing frigid sprites to Mina looking pretty sweet. It is of course somewhat bitter-sweet that I have to let go of ms paint Mina and many more. Though for the lovers of REAL ART do not worry, there will be new opportunities. I have sneaked one in the Hellenic beach festival. Was completely unable to make a scene with all twelve islanders having a toga party, it will have to wait for a better artist to make it custom.
A big ask from Cute since day one: TYPOS! Finally took time to go over them. Since I do narration, it falls upon my shoulders.
Also, as per thine request, swapping male centric art for futanari player is on the way. Once all the brown horses is done, it will be a focus. (Would love to show them, butt Patreon will flag them immediately, they are all quite raunchy ( a futa, trap and female option).
Overall, we hope the game is in a direction that is satisfactory for the players. We have not received much feedback recently, and so, we assume it means good news after the previous waves of complaints/constructive criticism.
We of course would like more donations to ensure we can pay artists for music, art and such, albeit it was our choice to make things as free as possible and we have no intention on changing that. One must be flexible, albeit some core principles that are dear to us in life, should remain steadfast. We would rather focus on making the game better than do shenanigans, hoops and loops to make this a product with a ROI.
Also made a huge mistake XD XD I usually use Claude for troubleshooting, then I was like: hey, how is it with the others or the lower version "sonnet"? Yeah...bad....it broke partially the game.
We sincerely hope you will enjoy soon the change of seasons in your country. Japan, China, Sweden, Canada, Colombia are incredibly gorgeous countries when lost in nature amidst mountains, rivers and waterfalls during October. I am sure there are many countries that are sublime in the cuming month.
We shall continue with our last-minute sprint, hoping to launch update tomorrow and then enjoy a well-deserved rest for a day or two :) Enjoy!
