Disclaimer for the eyes:
I have altered the location of the NSW Eyes to be in Face Tattoos in my game using S4S. There is also an overlay made that covers the pupil and changed the heart catchlight from their eyes to a tiny dot. Combining these together in face tattoos is how I do my eyes. I would recommend learning how to open the NSW eyes in S4S so you can move them to face tattoos as well if you want the same look as the eyes my Sims have.
