You haven't seen anything from the tier rewards yet — and I owe you an explanation.

I know it's been quiet on First Sign, The Change, and Full Pack for a while, and I don't want to let that go unaddressed: I'm deep in production on Episode 2. Right now I'm generating the clips one by one — every scene needs several passes before something comes out that actually holds the narrative together — and after this comes the full editing phase to put it all together into the finished episode.

What I don't want is for this quiet stretch to feel like nothing's happening. So here's one of the clips I already have generated, exactly as it is right now, unpolished — so you can see the machine is running and Episode 2 is moving forward for real.

Tier rewards will start rolling out once I have enough material to run the full cycle (Director's Choice, failed generations, prose, voting). Thanks for the patience — it'll be worth it.
