CYB 0.5.3 Status, ETA

Dear Patrons,

I’m checking in with you again to provide an update on the progress of Update 0.5.3.

Development is going smoothly and moving along at a good pace.

A few personal decisions have slightly extended the production timeline. I’d rather take the harder path than the easy one because I want a result that lives up to your expectations.

To that end, I’m paying special attention to the conclusion of Dan’s story arc and the Rising Star studio storyline.

This update will fully wrap up this arc, so there won’t be any more essential content in this area going forward, allowing us to move on to other important content.

So, without further ado, I’d like to let you know that it should still take about fifteen days, including testing.

That brings us to early October, which is still within a reasonable timeframe compared to Update 0.5.2.

As for the content, I also wanted to let you know that it will feature numerous erotic scenes, far more than the last update, which was very story-driven.

To give you an idea, here are the main characters:

KASSIAH / CLAUDIA / ALINE / DAN / A MUTANT PF (Perverted Freak)

First up is Kassiah on her second mission against the PF :

This mission is more detailed than the first, offering excellent replayability with gameplay that can be repeated. I’ve taken the consequence sliders quite far, with adapted dialogue and bonus scenes depending on the situation:

- Kassiah’s extreme arrogance

- PF dominance, revenge

- Kassiah’s dominance, PF’s revenge

- Kassiah’s winning streak / losing streak / PF’s winning streak and losing streak

The possibilities are vast and should keep you entertained.

This mission advances this arc to about 70% of the “Huntress” content.

There will still be one final mission to develop in the future.

The Rising Star Studio

The Rising Star Studio concludes with the potential unlocking of Chapter 2 for photo shoots.

This means the Belle Blue (blue bikini) and Rose Fatale (Slingshot Pink Bikini) photo shoots will be complete.

This includes their update on the in-game stream site, where images can be viewed with comments tailored to character traits and even specifically related to the Noodle Guy.

The naughtier version of the Undercover mission first step (Purple/Pink Pentagram) is now available (the pink one); the outcome is the same, but the approach is based on seduction, with planned erotic scenes.

The mission itself will have significant consequences for what follows. To give you an idea, it’s in the spirit of Operation Charlotte or the Oxygen Bar.

I really like Dan. He’s an intelligent character who craves control and is very manipulative; he embodies a certain finesse in the art of photography alongside a more animalistic, vulgar, and instinctive side when it comes to eroticism.

As for Claudia, I think you will like her...She's joining Aline but things may go far beyond what she was expecting to see and live...

Claudia was not planned at all to be developed but it seems a lot of players wanted a more "normal" girl to be thrown into something intense. You should like how she behaves in this update.

On that note, and a bit belatedly, I’m using AI for certain lines of dialogue by explaining the desired context. Today’s tools allow for high-quality translations, and you should be able to tell in the outcomes of the Undercover mission, especially the sad ones.

What remains to be done:

It will take about ten/fifteen days to wrap up the Rising Star Studio storyline, polish the dialogue, add a few lines of artwork, incorporate the erotic content, and conduct advanced testing.

I apologize for this slight delay, but overall, I believe the production is of high quality and features substantial content, most of which is explorable and replayable.

Important note regarding Patreon Tiers :

I’m going to revise the early access terms to reduce the window to 12 days instead of 20 for all tiers.

I’ll provide more details on this soon.

The idea is to speed up the update schedule and make the wait less long and frustrating for those who can’t reach the higher tiers.

I’m thinking about possibly adding a set of images, if I can, for the more advanced tiers, or bonus “view angles” that I haven’t included in the game. Let me know if you’re interested.
