Happy Friday! I hope you enjoy this one, it's my favorite build to date.
Tucked away in an idyllic harbor lot, this masterfully restored colonial estate seamlessly blends classical architecture with contemporary luxury. The facade's striking interplay of cobblestone detailing and crisp white clapboard creates a textural dialogue that defines its exterior presence. The landscape architecture mirrors the home's classical roots, featuring meticulously manicured boxwood spheres and billowing hydrangeas that line a crushed stone approach.

FLOOR PLANS
Base Game Compatible (uses minor decor objects such as plants, spandrels, rails, and flooring from various expansion and stuff packs; these items will substitute if you do not have those packs installed).
Note: I used the foundation from Life & Death, this should replace if you don't have the pack installed but if anyone is seeing the glitch with no floors - please contact me ASAP so I can re-upload it with a base game foundation! Thank you.

Includes items from shared texture CC sets — I do not use merged files, if you do not already have these sets and are seeing missing textures, use the eyedropper tool to hover over the item, and download that set from the creator. Usually, these sets are by Harrie, Pierisim, Tuds, Peacemaker, etc.

Packaged on 1/24/2025 with game build PC: 1.110.311.1030 / Mac: 1.110.311.1230 — if you are downloading this upon subsequent updates, take caution and verify whether a Sims 4 Studio batch fix is required before installing the cc included in the zip file.

It's a half-bathroom. They usually call them Water Closets on the floorplans and listings or higher-end homes.
I’m missing cc for the house. Am I missing something? I re came back on to sims and things are missing
This house is amazing. I really wanted the layout on a 64x64 but my building skills are so bad I can’t get the guest house and pool to match.

These are personal conversions from SL items I purchased. SL creators do not support distribution of their meshes.

Hi love ur build, I just have a question, what paint do u use for the grass ? Is it a combo of two different one ?
I use three or four different shades of grass. The custom ones will be included in the zip, the others are from EA but I also use k-hippie texture replacement mods which makes all the textures more alpha.

The bench is not. It’s a personal recolor that I did but Sunday’s bathroom frame is included.
