At the heart of this Colonial Revival estate stands a masterfully crafted residence that exemplifies the style's hallmark features. The white-painted brick and clapboard exterior is punctuated by multi-pane windows and topped with a slate-gray shingle roof. Traditional six-over-six double-hung windows are framed by black louvered shutters, while detailed dentil molding adds subtle sophistication to the roofline. Connected by a herringbone-laid brick pathway, bordered by formal boxwood hedges and mass plantings of hydrangeas, mature flowering cherry trees frame the property, while climbing roses and wisteria soften the lines of the structure.

There's a creator going by the name of xlavenderdesignsx posting this house as her own creation. Just wanted to give you a heads up. She's been posting it to all my sims groups on facebook. She's also on patreon posting as her own content. She's changed the colors and removed trees but it's still your build.
Thanks so much for letting me know. So frustrating that people have to steal instead of find a way to be creative themselves.

HI, I have a question I'm really sorry if this is common sense but I've done everything correct in downloading but it won't show up in my library, is there something I'm personally missing? This is such a beautiful build!
this may be a silly question, but did you place it in the tray (not mods) folder? if it's still not showing up, make sure to toggle "include custom content" in the gallery library filters.
wetransfer works fine indeed. but there seems to be something wrong with the zip file. I tried several times to unzip, redownloaded etc but it keeps saying : "unexpected archiveend". Other zip files are working fine

Its Anye's Sunday kitchen island (recolored). If you already had the package and rejected duplicates, it likely removed because the new swatch would be missing.
