Residential Version Base Game compatible (uses minor objects such as plants and flooring from cats & dogs, get together, horse ranch, and laundry days; these items will substitute if you do not have those packs installed).
For Rent Version requires the For Rent expansion pack. Units are already assigned, and each rental meets all suggested recommendations, so you can rent them out immediately!

Includes items from shared texture CC sets — I do not use merged files, if you do not already have these sets and are seeing missing textures, use the eyedropper tool to hover over the item, and download that set from the creator. Usually, these sets are by Harrie, Pierisim, Tuds, Peacemaker, etc.

This upload uses high poly flowers, if you are on a low-end system, consider deleting the flowers if you are experiencing lag. Packaged on 7/26/2024 with game build PC: 1.107.151.1020 / Mac: 1.107.151.1230 — if you are downloading this upon subsequent updates, take caution and verify whether a sims 4 studio batch fix is required before installing the cc included in the zip file.

There are issues with flame animation clipping that adjusting the rig did not resolve. The item is fully functional, this is purely a cosmetic glitch.

Hi PXL! Just to let you know in case it's happening to anyone else, there's something in this lot that causes a crash of the game whenever I try to load into it. I do have BetterExceptions mod downloaded, but even after deleting the file that was corrupt, it still did not work unfortunately! Maybe you have some insights on what to do? Because I LOVED this lot!

Hey, I’ve downloaded these and placed them in my game however it seems to be corrupt. Eg If I move a sim to this lot it just spins and never saves, I then have to force quit the game. Any idea why this may be happening?
It may be an out of date CC item. If you get the CC from the build then you can do the 50 50 method and see whether it'll load when certain CC is taken out the game
For anyone interested in the lovely Charleston Residences, I've compiled a list for you in case you come across these comments. In addition to the CC provided by the builder, you will likely need the following free packs to fill in missing textures: Exterior: - For the pretty lights between the residences, you'll need Precious Promises by Pierisim. - Also, by Pierisim, for the roof trim, you'll need the Maison Meuliere pack. For the windows and chimneys up top, you'll need the Chateau Part 1 by Felixandre. Interior: - For a cute bookshelf featured in the build, you'll need Harrie's Coastal Collection Part 8. The Chateau also features lovely bookshelves, which may be a good option if you're considering redecorating the interior, as I am. - You'll also need Harrie's Klean Collection Part 3 for an archway inside. - For a bathroom counter, you'll need David's Apartment Part 2, by Pierisim, once more. And finally, you'll need Taurus' Jade Build Set Part 1 for one of the bathroom doors. *TLDR* Get Precious Promises, David's Apartment Part 2, and Maison Meuliere by Pierisim. You will also need Chateau Part 1 by Felixandre, Harrie's Coastal Collection Part 8, and their Klean Collection Part 3. Finally, you will need Taurus' Jade Build Set Part 1.

The download link doesn't have a zip folder with the cc.
They most definitely do, they are both 2GB in size and contain all the CC and the tray files.

You may not have the correct expansion pack, it is cloned from whichever pack bought gas range tops.

My Valia Blinds and Jade Build Door are showing up purple. Do I need to batch fix these or am I the only one with the purple thingy?
Hello, I put a note about this in the download instructions. I don't use merged files — those sets are probably using linked textures, which basically means you need to have the entire set installed from the creator or textures will be missing.
