TrueFoot Gameplay Mod v1.5 Alpha — Supporter Early Access

v1.5 is now available as an early-access test build for supporters.

This update opens up the hidden in-game Game Speed option, makes teams react earlier to the scoreline, and sharpens CPU defending, passing and goalkeeping.

Main changes since v1.4

In-game Game Speed

• FC hides a Game Speed setting (Slow, Normal, Fast) in the menus. I made it visible under Game Type Settings > Gameplay Style, so you can finally pick it yourself.

• I recommend Normal or Fast-Paced. It does not only change raw speed, it also changes the overall match tempo, so it makes a real difference to how the game flows.

• The base mod on its own can feel quite heavy. I recommend using Game Speed on Normal or Fast together with Motion or Motion+ for a more balanced pace.

• This is an alpha, so based on your feedback we will rework the base mod and Motion / Motion+ next.

Teams react to the scoreline

• When the CPU falls behind, it now reacts sooner and more clearly. It pushes forward and presses harder to get back into the game.

• You feel it early in the match, not only in the last few minutes.

Defending, passing and keepers

• CPU defends better again: holds shape, tracks runners, and steps in to press instead of running beside you.

• CPU plays the through ball to a runner more often instead of forcing a dribble.

• Keepers should hold or push away more long shots.

Feedback I need

Please play a few matches on different teams and tell me how it feels in Discord. When possible include the teams used, match type, difficulty and sliders, and a short note on what felt right or wrong. Your feedback is exactly what I use to tune the next version.
