New GTA update crashing - possible fix

Hey all, If your game crashes a few seconds after launching since the launcher update and you use ReShade or other graphics mods, this DLL should fix it. The new launcher turned on a Social Club overlay that clashes with ReShade. This dll blocks that overlay specifically from loading and leaves everything else alone. All you need to do is put it in your main game directory.

If you already have a d3d9.dll there, don’t overwrite it. Message me first.

Note: The Social Club in-game overlay won’t show while it’s installed.
